Common questions
- How do I create an event? Open the app and tap the blue + button on the dashboard. Pick a template, set a venue, invite friends — done.
- How do I split a bill? Inside an event tap Bills, add expenses, then use the PayMe / FPS / PayNow link to settle. EventFull never stores card or bank account numbers.
- How do I delete my account? Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. Your account, events, RSVPs and chat history are removed within 30 days.
- I can't sign in with Apple / Google. Make sure you accepted the Terms & Privacy consent dialog. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and the screen where you're stuck.
- I want to report a bug or ask for a feature. Email us — we read every message and use it to prioritise the next release.
